ISHR is using a new submission format this year. Please click the appropriate link below to submit a paper or panel for the 2021 Conference.

Please note:  the paper submission form must be used to submit individual papers and panel papers. The panel submission form must be filled out by the panel chair only. Abstracts should be limited to 300 words
